The United Methodist Women from Barren Run was presented 2 awards at the Annual Spring Meeting. We became a 5 Star Unit and acheived a Ruby Level in Missions work.

The Evening Circle meets the 1rst Thursday of every month. They give monthly to support mission projects and the yearly pledge. They also make blankets, quilts, layette items , prayer shawls and lap robes.

A new Teen Circle  meets first Sunday of every month at 6:30 PM. They have chosen the name G.I.S. , Girls In Service. This group is open to all girls ages 12 - 25. The leader is Melissa Stahl. Assistant, Ashley Williams. Kim Davis is the UMW Teen sponser.
