Our Sunday services take place at 9:00am & 11:00am every week, unless otherwise specified. Please check our Calendar for exceptions.
We celebrate Holy Communion every week at both services, and ALL are welcome at the Lord's Table. Here is the reason why.
Come as you are!
Our members are very diversified, from our God given gifts (our talents) to our individual personal styles. We know that God made all of us unique, and everyone is a child of God. We are here to serve, but it is also our responsibility as Christians to provide you with the opportunity to serve in Christ's name too. Nothing would please us more!

For Your Children
DFUMC provides youth education during the 11:00am service from 10:45-11:45; for grades Pre-K through 12. About 1/3 of the way through our service, the children are invited to the front of the sanctuary by way of song. Here they share a "children's time" with our pastor, before being dismissed for church school. However, all children are welcome to stay in the sanctuary to experience the worship service with their families.
Our Sunday School classrooms are down the stairs directly to your left as you enter in through our front doors. Turn left at the foot of the stairwell to walk through a hallway leading into the Fellowship Hall. On your way you will pass our Pastors office, single bathrooms and our church office on the left. You will also pass our Nursery room, the Kitchen and larger bathrooms on the right. Once in the Fellowship Hall, you will find our classrooms on either side of this room.
On the first Sunday of each month, the entire Sunday School body comes back upstairs during the service to receive Holy Communion with their Christian brothers and sisters.
Following Sunday Services
We invite you to stay downstairs and visit after both services for coffee, treats and fellowship. Take some time to read our bulletin boards, listing the many activities and ministry opportunities within our church, and in the community.
Please do not be reluctant to approach any one of us. If you feel the need for prayer or a shoulder to cry on, a quiet word or peaceful moment, we are here for you. this is God's church, and He is always present through us.
