Time Change

We are beginning Sunday school at 10:45 am in order for our teachers to attend worship/communion service.

Student fellowship time

· After Sunday School (approx. 11:45), students will enjoy snack and fellowship time with each other while teachers attend worship/communion.

· There will be two adults supervising children during this time.

· Students will prepare to go upstairs for children’s time.

This year students in Elementary, Middle and High School can join. All they have to do is get a packet from their teacher, earn the club 12 pin and ribbon, and they are in the club. Students will work independently at home to learn the names of disciples, 10 commandments, the Lord’s prayer, Apostle’s Creed, and more…(parents may certainly help them with learning). To earn a pin for their ribbon they will recite what they learned to Miss Laura at the end of each month.

· Invite a friend to Sunday School

· Learn your memory verses

· Tell someone about Jesus

· Ask your children about Sunday school lessons

· Find the story in the bible and read it with them again at home

· It will reinforce the lesson, and encourage good reading skills

· Always looking for Sunday School teachers and volunteers

Treasure Box Sunday

Each week students attend Sunday school they will put a sticker on their classroom attendance chart. On the last Sunday of each month (9/25, 10/30, 11/27, 12/18) students who attended class every Sunday that month will choose a prize from the treasure box.

As we do every year. . .

Students who have very good attendance during the year will receive attendance pins, and 5^th grade will receive Bibles on recognition Sunday in June.
