Pastor Elijah Marshall was divinely destined according to the will and purposes of God into manifestation into the Earth-realm on September 2, 1987 through the blessed womb of the woman entrusted by God for his weaning, one whom the Prophet will soon call "Moma".. Ms. Cynthia Marshall, and the man God entrusted for his weaning, on whom the Prophet will soon call "Daddy".. Elijah Dixon, Jr. Born in Shelby, Mississippi, he lived with his grandmother. At the age of 4, he and his family moved to the city of Memphis, Tennessee. Pastor is blessed to have 2 other sisters, Ashawnti Coburn and Laquisha Patton. The blessings of God upon Prophet and his family also had a lot to deal with He and his grandmother's service and discipleship unto the Lord, which Pastor Marshall began at the tender age of 6 where he accepted Jesus Christ as His personal Saviour, Lord, King and his God. He served faithfully at the Bloomfield Full Gospel Baptist Church, where his Pastor, General Overseer in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International, Ralph White, Sr. was his Pastor. During that particular season of his life, the Lord revealed Himself to Pastor Marshall by visitations of the Holy Ghost in corporate worship meetings, private prayer time, and study of the Word of God, and made him sure of His assignment and calling upon his life in these young and tender years. In 1997, Pastor Marshall preached his first-ever "sermonette" at a small Holiness church that was then on Democrat and Airways in a Hotel Conference Room one Sunday night in March. This church was called "Peter's Rock Holiness Church" and the pastor was and yet remains to be Elder/Dr. Lloyd Cooper, Sr. God was preparing Pastor and his grandmother for their destiny. He was connecting them with their spiritual parents for spiritual growth. According to the leading of the Holy Ghost, and after much prayer and fasting, Pastor and his grandmother joined the Peter's Rock Holiness Church Family... the church that is just "One Big Happy Pentecostal Family". During these times, the Pastor was nurtured in the Spirit, taught powerful and eye-opening revelations he had not so much as heard of. Things such as: "Water Baptism in Jesus Name" and the "Baptism of the Holy Ghost. These were two very touchy subjects for the Pastor as he said, "I kicked and fought against the Water Baptism issue because I simply didnt understand why I had to baptized all over again in what these Apostolics called the right way and the one way to God. I did KNOW ONE THING FOR SURE THOUGH, I JUST WANTED TO BE SAVED FOR REAL NO MATTER WHAT CHURCH I WAS IN". Pastor emphasizes the fact that his Bishop never forced him to be re-baptized he only showed him the way. After listening diligently to the Word of God, and understanding and strongly believing in the sole Oneness of the Godhead, prayer and leading of the Spirit concerning the agreement of Scriptures, Pastor accepted the doctrine of the water baptism in Jesus name, and then desired the Baptism of the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking in tongues as the Spirit gave the utterance. He received the Holy Ghost that fell on them on Pentecost, one Monday night not too long after his baptism in Jesus name.

In November of 2002, the Lord saw fit to send Superintendent and his sister to a small town on the other side of Jackson, TN., going towards Nashville, TN... this place being Lexington, TN. During this season, the Lord led Pastor Marshall to join with the Cooper's Grove Full Gospel Church in Lexington, TN., under the leadership of Pastor George and Co-Pastor Aleatha Melton for spiritual nourishment, to be a blessing to the ministry and to grow closer to Him in the area of FAITH. While in Lexington, Pastor graduated from Lexington High School in 2005, and was blessed to work with various Churches that the Lord has blessed HIM to be a blessing to, and blessed THEM to be a blessing to Him.... ministries such as.....

In 2006, the Lord led Pastor Marshall back to Memphis, TN., for preparation of a new level in ministry God was about to take Him. The Lord led him to go back to his spiritual father's Church... Peter's Rock Holiness... he continued to labor there under the leadership and covering of his spiritual father: Elder Cooper. In the year of 2007, Pastor Marshall, along with 3 other of his ministerial companions, was licensed into the gospel ministry by Elder Lloyd Cooper to practice God-given gifts in ministry including the five-fold ministry gifts as the Lord called him to do. Also, in November of 2007, he was married to His gift from the Father, Prophetess/Elect Lady Virgie Marshall. Pastor and Prophetess Marshall are blessed to have 2 wonderful, prophetic and 2nd generational HOLINESS children: Elexis Denise Marshall and Marquet Wade. It was also during this time, that the Lord confirmed the work of an Evangelist for Pastor Marshall through His Pastor, Elder Cooper. His pastor laid hands on him and petitioned that the Lord bless Him as He obey Him. Pastor Marshall has been blessed to go and minister various places for Christ, in various Churches in and outside of the Memphis, TN. area.. ministries to include (just a few)...

In the earlier part of 2008, The Lord spoke to then Prophet/Elder/Evangelist Elijah Marshall, and told him to link up with and connect with the True Worshippers of Christ Church, Inc. (formerly known as Faith in Action Deliverance Church) under the leadership of his spiritual godmother, Apostle/Pastor Doris Young. During his season at True Worshippers of Christ Church, Pastor served as Minister of Music, Youth Assistant to the Youth Director: Evangelist Jacquine Boatner, along with Elder Johnathan Prince, Choir Member, Praise and Worship member/leader, and other areas as needed. While being there, the Lord pruned, molded and continued to shape Pastor into what God would have him to be for his calling and personal walk with God. In True Worshippers of Christ Church, Pastor was intensely taught about Deliverance and how to operate in it, and maintain it, how to understand it and apply it. Pastor Marshall was ordained in the gospel ministry as an Elder and Pastor at True Worshippers of Christ Church, by the hands of Apostle Doris Young.

Then, in April of 2008, God saw fit to move Superintendent and his family back to Lexington, TN., to begin a journey unknown to him. Pastor Marshall just knew that the deep was calling to Him and he felt he had work to do elsewhere. Little did he know, that in the small city of Lexington, TN., God would birth a 12 year long vision that God had planted in him which was then called: Kingdom Empowerment Pentecostal Temple of Deliverance, Inc. Pastor Marshall is a man of God that believes in the importance of understanding the Word of the Lord, and he has a powerful teaching ministry to accompany his preaching ministry. The Lord has seen fit to bestow on him the the gift of healings and a powerful deliverance ministry to drive devils away in the name of Jesus. Pastor is well-known as a Prophet of the Most High God: the LORD JESUS CHRIST; he has functioned and continues to function in the office of an Evangelist, has been ordained an Elder in the Lord's Church, and has recently been consecrated as an Elder and Pastor, and was consecrated as well to the office of District Superintendent of the Koinonia District (which is both the states of Mississippi and Tennessee) in the Churches of Holiness in Christ, Inc, and serves as an active Pastor in the Rhema Remnants International Fellowship, wherein Her Grace, the Honourable Apostle L.J. Beato is Presiding Prelate over both. He is also the National President of the Youth and Young Adult Department in the Churches of Holiness in Christ, Inc. He serves also as an National Board Member, active Pastor and District Overseer of the Judah District (which covers the Airways/Orange Mound area of Memphis, TN) and he serves as  Music Department Overseer in the Greater New Hope Evangelistic Outreach Ministries, Inc. organization, wherein Her Grace, the Honourable Apostle Shockie Weathington is Chief Apostle/Presiding Prelate. He is a loving Pastor, a mentor and spiritual father to many children and adults and a anointed musician among many. He, along with our anointed Elect Lady and Co-Pastor, continues to lead "The Kingdom Center" into the vision that God has given and continues to give...
