I realize that many of you would like to see more pictures but circumstances are beyond my control and I do not have the opportunity to take new ones and post them and I apologize.

This ministry is very important to me as well as others so I do not want to leave the impression that I have let things “go” in this area because it is just the opposite.

Things are being worked on to help this situation and as soon as I have new pictures I will post them.

If you have a photo or you would like to see something new or if you have a comment you want to share with others let me know and I will post it for you!

Since January 2005 our 55+ group has grown in number from eight to twenty eight with our goal being fifty. God has blessed us tremendously as we get together monthly for a time of food, fellowship and fun. Pastor Richard Neal recently declared this as the greatest outreach, presently, in the church as we have several people coming to these meetings from other churches, as well as some who don't attend a church.

Some of our activities include an ice cream social, a watermelon feast, a fish fry, salad-a-rama, soup for the soul, a cook-out, and an old fashioned ham and bean dinner cooked on a woodstove in a 1900 era log cabin. One of the younger sunday school classes recently declared they were looking forward to getting old so they could join us.

Never let it be said that this group of seniors is slowing down---we're picking up speed!!!
