The Knock Family Singers from Guilford Vermont paid a return visit to Hardins Chapel and sang to a sparse but enthusiastic crowd who had braved the cold weather to attend the concert and the covered dish supper that preceeded it.
New to the show are twelve puppets who appeared throughout the concert to sing and perform skits that gently challenged and encouraged the church to live up to higher standards.

Knock Family Concert at Hardins Chapel January 18, 2003
The concert came to a patriotic conclusion, aided by a flag-waving Haley Henn and a singing Katie Kricko. Everyone stood around and visited with the Knocks following a trip to the CD and jewelry stand. Then....
behind-the-scenes man Ryan Knock came out and several of the congregation helped the Knocks load up their equipment. The Knock Family will be in the area for the rest of the month performing and they tour at various times throughout the year. Their website is www.knockfamily.com and they may be reached at knock@knockfamily.com.

The Knock family (Dan, Brenda, Jazzy, and Ryan) performed a variety of gospel and contemporary Christian music. The family has toured around the country for several years. They also run a blueberry farm and make a variety of crafts and jewelry.
The puppet shows, especially the one with the monkeys singing "We're the Christians" to the tune of the old Monkeys TV show, was Katie and Michaela's favorite part of the evening.
