Lowell Hartman
May 5, 1913 - February 18, 1990
"Rock of Ages, cleft for me, let me hide myself in thee..."
He was a man of faith and conviction, a solid man of prayer and Biblical teaching. For many years he taught Sunday School and led the church in prayer and by example. His was a deep rich voice that always sparkled with humor and joy but was unwavering in its proclamation of the truth and right. Even through years of illness and discomfort he helt tightly to hsi Bible and boldly proclaimed it by word and deed. Because of this, the reading lecturn for hold the old church Bible and for reading of the scriptures is dedicated to the worship and service of God and to the memory of Lowell Hartman.
