Thank You for Being You

I want to thank everyone that has helped me and my family in the process of moving to Homestead. I want to thank Dave, Jim, Charles, John, Mike and Tom (and Chris!) for all the hours spent patching holes, caulking, and painting in the parsonage. I want to thank the youth for moving furniture out so that we could move furniture in. I want to thank Jamie, Robert, and Dinah for thinking about our babies and taking time out of their day to clean. I want to thank Dave and Jean for the Kentucky Fried Chicken. (I could make a meal out of biscuits and fruit punch!) I want to thank Mike, Felicia and Sarah for the barbecue and those fabulous desert bars. (Felicia, make sure Denise gets that recipe!)

Finally, I want to thank all of you for the warm welcome. In your embraces we have experienced the warm embrace of God our Father in a fresh new way.
