Mission I members are asked to meet briefly immediately after Worship Service today  in the small seating section in the Sanctuary near the organ. 

Mission II will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, November  12^th  at 7:00  p.m. in  Room C111.  All current members and those interested in joining are encouraged to come out.

Next Sunday, November 15^th, our Grace First Baptist Church Combined Ushers in celebration of Annual Ushers Day invite asking everyone to wear Black and White during our Morning Worship Service. Reverend Ricky Hooker, Pastor of The Fountain Church and Principal of E. L. Broady Academy will be our guest speaker.

On  Tuesday  night,  November  24^th  Grace  First Baptist Church will celebrate Thanksgiving Worship at 7:00 p.m.  Please plan to celebrate with us and enjoy the service as we give thanks to God.

Mission I is collecting non-perishable food items for Thanksgiving Baskets until Thursday, November 19^th.  Names of recipients requesting a basket should be given to Sister Susie Perry at 674-8485 or Sister Pearl Rucker at 673-1507. 

Cutoff date for submitting names is Monday, November 16^th.  

The   River City  Chapter,  Top Ladies of  Distinction, Inc., will  have   its  Annual  Luncheon  at  the  Radisson  Hotel Downtown  Market  Square  on  Saturday,  November 14^th, 2009  at  11:00 a.m.   The  theme  this  year  is “Honoring Exemplary Citizens for Outstanding Service to Youth”. 

Our own Brother “Nippy” Betz and Sister Teresa Holder are among the honorees.

COMPUTER CLASSES  - The first  two  classes are scheduled for Friday, November 13^th and Friday, November 20^th from 6:00 to  8:00 p.m. in  the  Prayer Tower.   Contact  Brother Jonathan Martin  at (210) 767-8489 if you have questions.

Please be aware that DVD's, CD's and Cassette Tapes are available for each worship service at Grace First Baptist Church.  Sign up for your DVD's  @ 10.00 each, CD's and Cassette Tapes are only 3.00.  The folder to order is located in the vestibule.  Contact Bro.
