WORSHIP

You were planned for God's pleasure.

Operative Scripture:  (John 4:23 -24  KJV) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth:  for the Father seeketh such to worship him.  God is a Spirit:  and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Purpose Statement:  To aid the congregation in Sunday morning worship service, and to help the church know that worship is not an act - it is a lifestyle.  We must learn how to become true worshipers.

FELLOWSHIP

You were formed for God's family.

Operative Scripture:  (Galatians 5:13 -14 KJV)  For brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.  For all the law is fulfuilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. 

Purpose Statement:  To serve others in a manner that will promote UNITY in the body of Christ so that an environment conducive to salvation and spiritual growth will be created.  The Fellowship ministry is committed to glorifying God by submitting themselves to Christ, keeping Him first and loving others as ourselves. 

DISCIPLESHIP

You were created to become like Christ.

Operative Scripture:  (Ephesians 4:11 - KJV) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers: For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for edifying of the body of Christ. But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.

Purpose Statement:  For the believer to mature in Christ.  It is our earnest desire to assist the body of Redeemed to move from head knowledge to activating that knowledge so that it shows in our lives.

SERVICE

You were shaped for serving God.

Operative Scripture:  (Mark 10:45 - NIV) For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.

Purpose Statement:  To serve the members of Redeemed Chapel.  In doing so, we improve the quality of life of the members, and equip them  to serve others. 

EVANGELISM

You were made for a mission.

Operative Scripture:  (Acts 1:8 - KJV) But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you and ye shall be witnesses unto me.  Both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea,  and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Purpose Statement:  To spread the Good News of salvation through Jesus' birth, death, and resurrection by  sharing God's Word, providing opportunities to introduce others to Christ, and  putting love in action.  

PRAYER

"Lord, teach us to pray."- Luke 11:1

Operative Scripture:  (1 Timothy 2: 1-2 KJV) I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving thanks be made for all men; For Kings, and for all that are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

Purpose Statement:  To glorify God by equipping believers to relate to God through prayer,  to petitition the Lord on behalf of the Church body, and to maintain our relationship with our heavenly Father.
