Pastor Morgan's Biography
Born October 18, 1973 in Waco, TX to Pastor and Mrs. Willie J. Morgan Sr. Willie was saved in 1988 in McGregor, TX during a service conducted by his father. He later received the baptism in the Holy Ghost in 1992. Eld. Morgan accepted his call to the ministry in 1994 and was ordained an Elder in 1997 by the Late Bishop T.D. Iglehart.
Eld. Morgan was a member of the Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ in San Marcos, TX for ten years. He has a tremendous love and appreciation for his pastor, Supt. Paul J. Thompson, Sr. who saw the great potential within him and gave him the opportunity to flourish both locally and within the Austin District. After 10 years of faithful service, Eld. Morgan founded Restoration Ministries. Restoration Ministries has become a multi-racial ministry impacting lives across racial and socio-economic boundaries.

Pastor Morgan has been blessed to attain a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration (1996), graduated Cum Laude with a Masters in Theological Studies (2009), graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Masters in Human Services Executive Leadership (2010), a Doctorate in Theology (2010) and a Masters in Religious Education (2011). Bishop S.E. Iglehart appointed Pastor Morgan the Jurisdictional Youth Department President in May of 2005. In January of 2008 he was assigned to the newly created Lone Star District under the leadership of Supt. Anthony Monroe Sr. Pastor Morgan serves as the AIM-5 Chairman and Financial Expediter of the Lone Star District.
Pastor Morgan is blessed with an “awesome wonder” of a wife, Sis. Tamara Morgan, who is an educator in the Pflugerville Independent School District. They have been blessed with three wonderful children: Willie J. Morgan III (a.k.a. Trey), Christian Everett Morgan, and Faith Cambry Morgan.
Pastor Morgan has a true heart for God's people. He is constantly giving his money, time, and other resources to help others become the best they can be. Pastor Morgan truly believes in ministering to the total man. His messages and life reflect that God is not only concerned with our spiritual well-being, but our total well-being. We are truly blessed to have Pastor Morgan as our leader.
