George Quinn is the Rabbi of the Beth Israel Messianic Center in El Paso, Texas, established in 1994.   Rabbi Quinn is President of the International Federation of Messianic Jews under the renowned Rabbi Haim Levi, the chairman of the IFMJ. 

Rabbi Quinn sat under Rabbi Levi for several years while living in Florida.  This movement is part of a prophetic ministry to the Jew and the non-Jew in these last days.  Teachings include the revealing of ancient mysteries and wonders of G-d's Word, and the restoration of the Gospel message in its original Jewish form.

Rabbi Quinn serves along with his wife Kathi Quinn and has five adult sons Caleb, Jacob, Noah, Joshua and David.
