Mike and Shirley Donahue

Associate Pastor

Prophet

Pastor Mike and Shirley came to us several years ago. They came to serve ... And they have been a real blessing. Pastor Mike is a true prophet. And Shirley is a blessing in our music program.

We are called to be Watchmen ...

OUR CHURCH OVERSEER

Pastor Bob Bernard

Apostle

Gone to be with the Lord, March 8, 2008

Pastor Bob was Pastor Emeritis of the Living Word Church of Irving, TX. When he retired, the Lord led him into a whole new ministry: Pastoring to Pastors! He was also the founder of an area-wide Pastors' Fellowship which meets monthly. FOCC always considered him a Father Abraham.

Before he died, he passed his mantle on to Pastor David. Their last meeting he confirmed that prophecy. We believe it is the Lord's will that there remain a Pastor to Pastors within our church circle and praise God for Pastor Bob's service and dedication.

Deacon Jack Crader

Helps Ministry

Jack is shown here with his parents, Don (seated) and Bea Crader, on the evening of his ordination. When he was presented with a framed certificate for Deacon, he gave it to his parents instead because he said they deserved it more as his inspiration and motivation. Today the certificate hangs in Don and Bea's bedroom.

DEACON JACK and LEANN CRADER

Both Deacon Jack and LeAnn have servant's hearts.

Recently they felt a burden to start up a support group in Wills Point for Parents of Special Needs Children. Being parents of a mildly autistic son they felt they could help others with similar burdens. They also volunteer time to serve with our Food Pantry, distributing to individuals and families who need a little helping hand. We praise God for their service and example to the Body.

Colleen Young accepted a call to the mission field and traveled to India last year for her first trip abroad. She will be leaving again in November.  When she is home she is a tremendous asset to our Helps Ministry and coordinates the details for our Missions Conference. We know the Lord has great things in store for this sister because she has such a willing heart to serve.
