The Promise Class is the 20 to 40’ish couples bible study class. Our members range from newly weds to those with teenage children. We also have a number of singles who enjoy the fellowship and teaching in the class. We meet each Sunday for Bible Study at 9:30 AM. We start with juice, coffee, tea, cocoa and breakfast Tacos. We spend some time in fellowship and discussing our Prayer and Praise list. Topics for Bible study may vary from denominational literature to book studies, but always seek Biblical answers from scripture as the pure word of God for how to live in today’s world.
We recently added a second study opportunity (led by Paul & Elia Karratti) to study "Life Matters". They break from the main group after "Tacos".
We have a Fellowship the second Friday (or Saturday) of every month with special themes and activities. The fourth Friday of the month is designated Date Night. On this night, we encourage couples to leave children at the church and get out by themselves or with other couples from our church family. A nursery is provided for both the fellowships and for all special events throughout the year.
The Promise Class ministry is designed for and focuses on sharing the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ in our community for growing families, Christian and non Christian alike. We reach out to build long lasting relationships and friendships across the community, cultures, and life times. While many of our members are long time residents some are with us a short time since they are military or associated with university. Whatever your situation, we look forward to getting to know you welcome you to our class.
