Truth of Jesus Christ

This section is all about the Missions opportunities at Retama,  which are used to share the Truth. What is the Truth? Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father except through me." (John 14:6 - -New Living Translation) This means that the only way to get to Heaven is through the blood of Jesus Christ.  It's not by any work you can do.  It's not by how good a life you can lead.  It's by Jesus and Jesus alone that you can go to heaven.  Sharing this truth is what Missions is all about.

Missions at Retama includes programs like AWANA, which is a fun Bible study program for kids and youth. Here kids learn the meaning of why Jesus is "the Way, the Truth and the Life" and learn to live their lives the way Jesus would want them to live.

There are other Missions programs at Retama as well and our "Missions" section will be expanded to include more information on AWANA and all the other available opportunites, for both adults and kids, in the near future.
