He is Archivist for the Rio Grande Conference; Secretary for the Texas Methodist Historical Society, and serves the boards of : The General Commission on Achives and History of The United Methodist Church; The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC); The Hispanic Wesleyan Society (Sociedad Wesleyana); the World Methodist Council, and Epworth Old Rectory.
