An hour or two a week can do a world of good! The family Pohkrel, from Napal, can use your help. They need to learn English. Although the children speak English, the parents do not. If this family is to succeed here, it is imperative that they learn our language. You do not need any special training to teach English as a second language (ESL), just some time and a willingness to build relationships. Silent Auction - April 4th
Be sure to mark April 4th on your calendars for the Disciples Women's annual Soup and Silent Auction. The cost will be $5.00 for lunch for adults 16 and above, $3.00 for those 12 to 16 and FREE for kids under 12. Lunch will consist of various soups, salad, bread, drink and a dessert. All are welcome, bring your friends.
Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Sunday April 4th is a busy day. After lunch the kids will hunt for Easter Eggs while the adults look over the silent auction items adn plan their strategy. A fun day for all! A great time to bring a friend, or two!
Prayer Concerns
Please email the office and Pastor Terrye with any concerns you would like printed in the bulletin and passed to the Wednesday prayer group. Because our days are full, this will be helpful as we seek to honor all requests.
Article Deadlines
Newsletters: Third Monday of each Month by 8:00 AM. Bulletin: Any material must be received in the office by 8:00 AM Wednesday morning of each week for inclusion in the weeks bulletin.
