SECTION VI - AMENDMENTS

Article 1.аа аThe Purpose, Covenant, and By-Laws of Memorial Baptist Church may be amended at any properly warned meeting of the church body.а The text of the proposed amendments must be available at the first notice of the warning.а The quorum requirement of the annual meeting will apply.

Article 2.аа аThe Clerk will make available new copies of the revised Purpose, Covenant, and By-Laws with the amended text no later than the annual meeting after amendments are adopted.
