At Sylvan Way Youth Ministries, our mission is to, "Create a culture in which every student can grow in Biblical faith, share their faith, and live thier faith, becoming more like Christ!"
We believe in the absolute authority of God's Word and we are all about discipleship that glorifies God through the development of mature believers. This means we focus on:
Developing solid Bible study skills so that each student can be equipped to discern whether what they hear is the Truth from God's Word, or something put into God's Word so that it looks like truth;
Developing practical application of God's Word so that our lives truly do reflect something different than the cultural pursuits that surround us;
Developing servant attitudes aimed at partaking of the redemptive work that God has called His children to as they glorify Him.
