THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY TO USE OF THE PREMISES:
1. First priority shall be given to groups and programs of the
FUNERAL SHOULD COME UP, WE WILL TRY TO WORK WITH YOU ON A SOLUTION
THAT WILL WORK FOR BOTH OF US.
2. Facilities are only available to non-profit and/or educational groups, and private individuals for non-
commercial use.
3. There will be no fee charge to any
donation toward replacing of consumable items may be given if they wish to.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SHALL BE ALLOWED ON
THE PREMISES.
5. No equipment shall be loaned or removed from the premises, including but not
limited to tables, chairs and dishes.
6. You are to make sure the building is locked up before leaving, not to loan out the key or make
copies of the key. We prefer someone always be in the church when it is unlocked. If you lose the
key, we will keep the key deposit of $10.00.
7. Damage deposit may be required at the church’s discretion. The facility will be restored to the
condition in which it was found. Any damage will be repaired at the cost of the renter.
8. THIS APPLICATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE CHURCH
OFFICE BEFORE THE RESERVATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FIRM.
FEE SCHEDULE:
The church facilities are available without charge to all Methodist members and contributing constituents for weddings, memorials, and anniversaries for immediate family members only. All other groups have the following fees.
SANCTUARY (afternoon, evenings or all evening) $ 100.00
SOCIAL HALL $150.00
KITCHEN $50.00
FIRESIDE ROOM -- CHAPEL -- LARGE CLASSROOM EACH $50.00
SMALL CLASSROOMS EACH $30.00
CUSTODIAN TO CLEAN $35.00
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT $400.00
DAMAGE DEPOSIT will not be returned for 48 hours so that we may do a thorough check of facilities.
FOOD: Food can be provided by the church. Prices will vary according to what is prepared.
KITCHEN USE: This kitchen is certified by the Grant County Health Department. The use of the kitchen requires that a person assigned by the United Methodist Women be in attendance during the event. The United Methodist Women charge separately for their services. You supply your own coffee, tea, and condiments.
SOCIAL HALL: If you have just rented the Social Hall, please note that this does not allow you to use any of our kitchen facilities such as the stove, silverware, plates, etc. If you just want to use our coffee urns, we charge an extra $20.00 per day for usage .
NURSERY: We do not charge for the use of our nursery facilities, but we do ask you to put away all toys, put blankets used into the laundry bag for washing and dump any disposable diapers into the big garbage can by the kitchen. An approved adult must be present at all times children are in nursery.
SOUND SYSTEM: Only trained persons may use our sound system. Arrangements for training must allow at least one week in advance of the event.
ALL BASEBOARDS AND THERMOSTATS TURNED DOWN, LIGHTS TURNED OFF AND ALL DOORS MUST BE LOCKED BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
