To give teens a safe, fun, caring environment that will encourage, nurture and challenge them in their walk with Christ and in life.

Our Passion:

To help the youth of today discover their value, tell their story, discover their God given gifts & talents and release them into the ministry in ways that will change their community and their world through Christ's love and grace!

Wednesday Nights - The Ripple Effect

This years theme for BYIC is Ripple Effect. The way we live, act and talk all have effects on and continually shape the world around us. Like stones tossed in a pond, each circle touches and crosses others thus changing shape, speed and dimension, creating a Ripple Effect!

 Our youth have the opportunity to change the landscape of their world by understanding how their daily walk, their decisions and the choices they make effect not only their own lives, but help shape the lives and choices of those around them. It often seems like one set of ripples on the water isn't very effective nor does it matter much, but when placed in combination with anothers ripples and anothers and anothers they can stem the tide, change the flow, indeed even the very course of the stream. When placed all together under Christ's banner they can form a tidal wave and become unstoppable.

From November 9th through December 7th the Ripple Effect will be having an pointed a frank study time about the the Truth About Sex. We'll be using a four part curriculum from bluefishtv that includes some heavy biblical teaching from Pastor Doug Fields. We encourage all of our parents to be involved in this discussion as well and engage in healthy talks with their teens as we explore this difficult topic.
