BYIC Events for Summer 2008

Times: Thursday Night @ 7:00-8:30pm

*A note to the parents; this information is for you to use in determining the cost of an event for your child. As I try to keep the cost as accurate as possible the money for food or souvenir items is up to you, money for these items is the responsibility of the youth unless the youth leaders and or other adults involved have been instructed other wise.

** Worship Thursday encourages the youth to contribute to the refreshments, this helps the youth ministry defer the costs of the evening and gives the youth and parents a way to support the youth ministry in a tangible way.

*** Due to holidays and the church business meetings there are times when there will be no BYIC on Thursday evenings.

Definitions: Registration means paper work turned in and a deposit put down to cover the cost of tickets, the remaining balance can be paid up any time up to two days before the event.

Donations: a lot of the refreshments for our worship times comes the sacrificial giving of our sponsors and volunteers, any additional contribution is very appreciated.

Registration Deadlines: are a help to us to communicate with the vendor for spots, food items and equipment rentals. It also helps eliminate confusion and stress at the last minute.

Worship Thursday and Youth Worship Service:

The first Thursday of the month is Worship Thursday, which consists of worship and praise songs, a devotional, an activity, and hang time with pizza and pop. Every quarter (September, December, March, June) on the first Sunday there is Youth Worship Service where the youth here a message from Pastor Jon, a time of worship, and refreshments)
