What a joy it is in praying in the Spirit! Jesus promised us this unique experience if we wanted to receive the power and baptism of the sweet Holy Spirit! All we have to do is accept Jesus Christ as our personal savior, be washed in His blood; and then ask, obey and walk in obedience to His Word and we will receive. Did you know it is a “gift” to receive to every believer who will ask.
Jesus wants us to receive. After all, there is “power” in praying and walking in the Holy Spirit. After we receive the baptism, we will receive the “gifts” of the Holy Spirit. There is love, peace and joy being filled with His power.
Do you have Jesus Christ in your heart? There is no other way to get to Heaven.
"I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die." (John 11:25)
How can we know we will make it to Heaven?
Recognize our sinfulness (Romans 6:23)
Believe Jesus died for us (Acts 16:31)
Receive Him as Savior (John 1:12)
Trust His promise (John 20:31)
What you do with Jesus now, determines what He does to you later.....
