UP COMING EVENTS AND IMPORTANT DATES: Pre-school and Kindergarten Book Safari kicks off February 2. Check with your student's teacher for forms! Everyone is invited to attend Chapel at 8:15AM every Monday. LCA Science Fair is Friday, February 5 in the FBC Life Center 3PM Gayson County Spelling Bee Sat. Feb. 6th at GCMS. LCA students participating will be given details ASAP. ACSI District Spelling Bee at LCA February 19. LCA is in session this day and will dismiss spellers to compete in the afternoon.

LCA Spelling Bee Winners 1st Grade: Sadie Boggs, Annie Boggs, & Lexie Darst 2nd Grade: Dylon Scott, Patrick Haycraft, & Balue Carter. 3rd Grade: Cameron Harris, Isaac Jarboe, & Logan Braun. 4th Grade: Gabrielle Filippone, Emma Wilder, and Sam Boggs. 5th Grade: Noah Cummings, Matty Probus, and Colton VanMeter. 6th Grade: Laska Anderson, Anna-Little Coffey, & Madi Mattingly. 7th Grade: Kristen Jarboe and Ann-Marie Eubank. 8th Grade: Landon Paley and Anna Robinson. Congratulations to everyone! All 1st & 2nd place winners will participate in the ACSI Spelling Bee on Feb. 19th. Spellers in 4th-8th Grades will also compete at the Grayson County Spelling Bee on Feb. 6th. |
