How To Find Us

Harris Hill Mennonite Church is located a few hundred feet south of the intersection of Harris Hill and Greiner Roads, about two-thirds of a mile north of Sheridan Drive, and a mile and a half north of Main Street (N.Y. Route 5).

The road just north of the church is called Greiner Road in the Town of Clarence, Maple Road in the Town of Amherst, and Brighton Road in the Town of Tonawanda. It conveniently crosses Transit Road, North Forest Road, Millersport Highway, North Bailey Avenue, and Niagara Falls Boulevard (U.S. Route 62).

Although the mailing address of the church is Williamsville, the building is located in the Town of Clarence about one mile east of Transit Road.

What We Believe

 http://www.mennolink.org/doc/cof/summary.html

Prayer is the key to any work of God. It is only as God’s people persevere in prayer that God’s power and grace are released for doing the work of building His kingdom. The arrangement on the table at the front is a reminder of the importance of prayer. Four things are brought together. The cast of a boy’s hands, Francisco’s, are clasped in prayer. A piece of acacia wood from the Sinai, weathered and reaching upward, reminds us of that wild place where Israel, Moses, Elijah, and others cried out to God and God spoke. A prayer plant whose leaves reach upward toward the light and fold as if in prayer. A candle burns as a symbol of Jesus, the Light of the world, Who taught us to pray. This is only a visual call to prayer. In our personal lives, in our homes, and in our church practice it is only as we make prayer a priority that God will act to fulfill His purposes for us.
