YOUR OPINIONS ARE NEEDED - Questionnaire

A link to a printable questionnaire is below.  Everyone is being asked to answer the questions and return it to the church by the end of March.  The completed surveys can be placed in the collection box in the annex at the church or mailed to: Middle Presbyterian Church, PO Box 981, Mt. Pleasant, PA  15666.  Everyone is asked to complete a survey.  Make as many copies as you need.

We aren’t looking for change, but the results will help the Pastor, the Session and the worship leaders as we strive to meet the needs of our congregation and provide meaningful worship experiences.

Thank you in advance for your participation!  Click here for a printable copy.
