What is an Affiliate?

ABS provided web sites for 20,000 churches last year, the most of any church web site provider. The average American church has only 90 adults, many meet in schools or movie theaters, and most can’t afford to spend much on a web site.

ForMinistry costs ABS $500,000 each year, or $25 annually per church, with over 600 new churches joining each month. We also host churches for sister Bible societies in Africa, South America and the Caribbean.

In addition to donations, we’ve established some affiliate relationships with a few good companies that provide products and services that can enhance your church web site or online ministry. 

We’ve laid out exactly how each purchase benefits the Bible society.  Our goal is not to sell you “Jesus junk”; we realize that you might have needs for online services or products to facilitate your ministry that go beyond what the American Bible Society can provide you for free, or whatever you can afford. 

Every cent of the money we receive from these affiliate relationships will go towards our operational costs, so that ForMinistry remains free to use.  Thanks again for partnering with us to fulfill our vision of “equipping the church online" – for ministry.
