About the American Bible Society

For almost 200 years, the American Bible Society’s radical commitment to the idea that God’s Word is the one and only instrument powerful enough to transform a human heart -- and therefore the world -- has positioned us as one of the most influential organizations in U.S. history. For two centuries, we have never wavered in our mission to make the Bible available to every person in a language and format each can understand and afford.

To fulfill that mission, we …

ForMinistry shares this mission by equipping churches online for ministry. More specifically, we equip churches and other Christian nonprofit organizations with:

• digital versions of Scripture and new, powerful tools to engage God’s Holy Word online.
  
  
• communication tools that enable churches to build diverse and effective online ministries for both church members and seekers alike.
  
  
• articles, books reviews, e-newsletters, ideas, and tips to help churches and Christian leaders embrace our emerging culture and offer Real hope and Authentic experience to a new generation.
  
  
• seminars equipping churches to create revolutionary and life-changing ministries online.
